Do you want to create a study plan and be able to organize yourself to complete it within one month or one year? So one of the two is your template

With this template you will be able to have the following:

• Creating study plans with the widest versatility you will see, is no joke. With 3 (or 4) filters so that the final date is the most appropriate, and everything at your discretion.
• Add activities or tasks to complete that study plan before the end date given by the template. Calendar view will give you a better field of vision.
• Two buttons for better organization in the template, also so that you can do less and achieve more.

Below I leave more information about its operation:

✅ The main basis of this template is the so-called “Finish Date Calculator”, which has the most distant date as one month or one year. Below I explain what you have to take into account for each property and get the most out of it.

• Study Plan Name: in this, as its name indicates, you are going to put what you are going to name that study plan.
• Helper: with this formula, there will be no way to get lost, since any abnormal pattern that occurs will be detected immediately with the action to be taken that you will have to take.
• Difficulty: this property is created so Notion knows how difficult each study plan is, whether low, medium, or high. Then this would be the first filter available to your discretion.
• Factor Multiples of Days (1 - 7): with this factor (from 1 to 7) you will be able to continue advancing or delaying the end date of the study plan. If you choose 1, the date will be closer than if you enter 7. Then this would be the second filter available at your discretion.
• Properties with "❗": the more of these "❗" you choose, the study plan will be considered to have a high priority, so the end date will be closer than if you choose this "❗" property. Then this would be the third filter available at your discretion.
• Initial Date: here you will enter the date on which you will begin to follow the study plan. You can choose the one you want.
• Finish Date: this is the formula that makes the magic, really what we are looking for. This is the end date of the study plan, that is, all the activities or tasks placed in the organizer have to be carried out before this date.

✅ Then, as the second focus of the template, there is the "Organizer", where a calendar will be available to place the activities or tasks of that study plan, taking into account the end date given by the "end date calculator”.

• If you press the button called "Add to Calendar" the activities or tasks that do not have a date assigned to carry them out appear.
• If you press the button called “Add to a Study Plan” the activities or tasks that do not have a study plan assigned to follow will appear.

✅ And since the third focus of the template is "Finish Dates", the study plans will follow an order of increasing completion date, that is, the first will be those whose completion date is close, then those with the date farthest. And finally, those that do not have an assigned end date.

"Long Study Plan + Weekly Tracking" Template:

✅ This breaks the “one year deadline”, why do I say that? because with this version, if you feel like you failed one or more weeks, that syllabus completion date will be extended depending on how many weeks you feel like you failed. Instead of 3 filters, there will be 4. You have complete freedom at all times and 100% customizable. Excellent, right?

✅ Now comes the question, how do I know when I failed in any week? because you will have a separate section from the other templates where you can write down the objectives for each study plan divided by each week 😮
